I just received a call from Chris in Minnesota who is struggling with his transfer case. Been in and out three time and not even the dealer has a clue what is wrong. Well, Chris you called the right place. The front and rear case halves are made such soft material that the bearing bores and shift shaft bosses wear out and must be repaired.
